This place is beautiful. The people ate really nice. Takes you back in time. They play piano music for the customers and I'm sure the workers enjoy it also. First time there

This past Sunday I had the pleasure of working with Connie in the petite department. She was very helpful, and not pushy. She ordered pants for me, which I received today. Not only did I receive my pants, I received a very nice note from Connie. I will shop there again.

I've been here many times and it's always a great place to shop.. They almost always have someone playing live piano. They have just normal clothing as well as higher end items. 5/5 as it's always clean and bright inside. Only thing I'd say I'd like better is the trashcan right by the door in the men's restroom. I hate having to touch a door handle without a hand towel.

Terri from the Home Department was absolutely amazing! She checked on me several times to make sure I was finding everything I needed. While I was shopping for ornaments, she even gathered them up and began carefully boxing them while I was still checking out. Terri was so positive and friendly—her smile was contagious! If you need anything from the Home Department, she’s definitely the one to ask for.

I have never had a better CUSTOMER SERVICE experience than I did yesterday at Von Maur. I had the pleasure of working with Pam and she was the kindest, most pleasant, wonderful person in every way. Phenomenal customer service ordering over the phone. Karey at the Ohio location went above and beyond helping me order a Jellycat. Even receiving a handwritten note in my shift order. I’ve shopped with Von Maur on multiple occasions and I applaud their customer service every time. Thank you Von Maur team!

Well, it's like a Dillards or Macy's on steroids. Walking in, you hear someone playing live on a piano. Prices are up there for sure, but not anymore than other high end department stores. Friendly, helpful staff and actually available to help customers. Individual department registers instead of the "checkout center". A pleasurable shopping experience!

Im not sure of the tall blonde ladies name in the shoe department but she helped my husband & family of 9 with us try on shoes, find dressing rooms, offered feedback on outfits & fit to all of us! She was SUPER knowledgeable & helpful! You can tell she Really knew her Shoes!! Amazing salesperson! Very personable & friendly! Im pretty sure she said she went to school for business or marketing which wouldn't surprise me! She said she ran a marathon recently & helped my hubs with educating him on Brooks running shoes & others features on other brands/models for his needs. She was Amazing & needs a raise!! The other staff were also super friendly & helpful. They picked up things right away making sure to keep the store floor clean & tidy! Im from Grand Rapids MI & we have this store inside our Woodland mall too but ive never gone in there! If I was in columbus again, I'd definitely go back & will start shopping at my local store now too. They had such cute stuff there & decent prices!
